Enable Auto-scheduling

Dev EC2 instances are usually utilized for durations shorter than what they are scheduled for. So even if an instance is scheduled from 8am to 8pm, the actual usage may be for only 50% of the duration.
Auto-scheduling will automatically stop instances in real time, within an already assigned schedule, when an idle state is detected (based on usage metric thresholds). This goes a step beyond basic scheduling, and identifies when an instance can by dynamically stopped to ensure maximum savings.
